I am not sure if it would work with the swivel because I thought it changed the base also. If it doesn't change the base then it should work. It doesn't look like a 2" raise but I haven't measured it (yet). Yes, the navigator seat is a swivel mount on the lower base. When the sliding door window was broken we put in a slider as a replacement. That has been the only change.
