One of the greatest features of the Sprinter are the back doors. We have a mosquito net that works reasonably well so we can open them to let the great outdoors in minus most flies and bugs.
But it turns out we were missing a couple of helpful things. The first was a stop/bumper. If you have a hole in your left hand door like the picture, you are missing the stop/bumper. The stop bumper prevents damages to the right door should you try to shut it first followed the the left door. The 
rubber part (68006446AA) all to easily falls out.
The next was grab handles for “grabbing” go in or out of the back door. You may have them or only need the right one – they have the same stock number and you can order just one. Easy to put on? Probably the easiest part in the Sprinter! With the holes pre-drilled the only question is which way to the little feet face – 
I turned my towards the inside.
We end up carrying our lawn chairs and step mat back here so these handles will help anchor them in. And they will be a big help, especially getting out when we are trying not to miss the narrow step the bumper provides. Grab handle(68014364AA) and 4 screws (05142206AA) came in overnight at my Dodge dealer.
Now no more balancing acts on the back bumper trying to get in or out carrying something.
