I took the bus into my local dealer, Stoneridge Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, for the service. I had considered doing it myself (did the fuel filter once) but decided it was just a little cold for fooling around outside.
I waited for the Sprinter and it took about 1-1/2 hours which is pretty good. Everything was done correctly. I had taken them 13 quarts of oil (that way no risk of an overfill), fuel and oil filter, the correct hose clamps for the fuel filter change.
Total labor cost: $174.00. Total cost less than $350.00.
