On the way to Hammond, Oregon, last week I saw two people texting while driving. Both ignored my horn blasts most likey because they were concentrating on the texting.

The latest PSA showing the results of this insane action is from the Gwent Police Department in Wales, Great Britain. It is graphic but that is the point, isn’t it? A head-on collision is graphic. The advertisement, named after the teen age driver depicted in the video is called, COW — The Film That Will Stop You Texting and Driving. Apparently this is not just an American problem.

Don’t text while driving and don’t text someone you know is driving.
