Just in case you don’t know SMB owners, both 4x and 2x (including Sprinters) will be heading out October 17-25 to the high country northeast of Fresno. Some will be there the entire time with others coming and going. We will get there on the 22nd and leave on the 25th. This is a good chance to put that RV to good use and to meet other owner’s, tell lies and check out other rigs.
We will be camping near Edison Lake at Sample Meadows campground, http://www.fs.fed.us/r5/sierra/recreation/camping/campgrounds/sample.shtml. It will be cold, most likely below freezing at night. 
There will be both 2wd and 4wd trail runs if anyone is interested plus some good hiking. Fishing is possible at near by Edison Lake. Note: This is a dry camp. No water and also it is bear country.
All the roads in and out are 2wd but we may get some snow so it would be best to have all weather tires.
Dogs are allowed and it is a family camp so kids can come also.
I think there are 3 or 4 Sprinters so far and we hope to see you there!
