My netbook.

Since we do have solar power and a 2000w inverter/converter we can power other items. In the kitchen a microwave and a rice cooker. Not both at once and for the rice-cooker normally only while plugged in to 110v.

One of these days I have to figure out the math on what we produce electric wise and what we use.

In addition we carry my Acer Aspire One netbook, tiny and easy to store and our Sony DVD player. Both of these have excellent battery life and recharge while we drive

to be used unplugged in the evening. Debbie brings her work laptop on most trips and if she has to connects via Verizon as we drive along.

I have thought about a CB having lived in the heyday of Rubber Ducky and convoys but figure that would interupt the music loaded on my Zune (almost forgot that).
