	A jump ahead – we will get back to the other days but we had to tell you about today.We arrived in Haines today, had lunch and checked into the campground where we were told bears could be seen fishing up the Chilcoot River near Chilcoot Lake. After we got settled, we decided to drive to the river, about 20 minutes away.
	The bear was on our side of the river in the grass and made its way down to the river. There were fisherman within a 100′ who moved when the bear turned upstream.
	The bear wondered back and forth a bit and then put his face into the water and came up with about a 10 pound salmon. It was an amazing thing to watch.
